Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Quilla — and because this is a personal-use product, we take hygiene seriously too.

Unopened items

If your Quilla Disc arrives unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Use our contact form to start a return.

Opened or used items

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened or used, unless it arrived defective or damaged.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to send anything back.

How refunds work

Once your return is received and inspected (where applicable), we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
